How the club works

1. Apply. Fill the application form. We review every application personally and get back to you within 48 hours.
2. Get access. Once you're approved, we email you the link to the members page and the invite to the DigitsUp WhatsApp Community.
3. Get deals. When a startup passes our screening, we post a short teaser in WhatsApp and add it to the members page.
4. Raise your hand. Interested? React 👍 to the teaser. We send you the deck and an invite to the founder call.
5. Meet the founders. One call for all interested members during due diligence, joined by 1 to 2 members with relevant expertise. Ask everything.
6. Decide. Tell us your indicative ticket by the closing date. The investment setup is shared per deal.

What we look for in a deal

• Pre-seed or seed, Series A at the latest
• B2B with a clear ideal customer
• AI at the core of the product, not a wrapper
• Clear, plausible business model
• Early traction, or a credible path to it
• A team with the right credentials to push it ahead
• An ask that makes sense: timing, terms, round size
• A market big enough to matter, and something genuinely new
• Any geography, any vertical
